LEARNING OBJECTIVES: 

By the end of this 8 week session the student will:

1^st Grade:

• Count, add and subtract Insha’Allah easily.

2^nd Grade:

• Add, subtract and multiply as well as writing number in words better Insha’Allah.

 1^st Grade

Week 1	·      Numbers (before, after and between) ·      Adding doubles
Week 2	·      Counting by tens ·      Finding missing numbers
Week 3	·      Addition and Subtraction ·      Coloring by numbers
Week 4	·      Ways to make a number (example 10, 8 ,6 )
Week 5	·      Addition Practice
Week 6	·      Subtraction Facts
Week 7	·      Fact Family
Week 8	·      Number Game, addition and subtraction review

COURSE OUTLINE:

2^nd Grade

Week 1	·      Counting and number pattern (countering in 2, 3,4) ·      Comparing and ordering
Week 2	·      Counting and number pattern (countering in 3,4,5) ·      Adding two digits
Week 3	·      Counting and number pattern (countering in 4,5,6) ·      Writing numbers in words
Week 4	·      Counting and number pattern (countering in 5,6,7) ·         Subtraction two digits
Week 5	·      Counting and number pattern (countering in 6,7,8) ·         Mixed operations
Week 6	·         Counting and number pattern (countering in 7,8,9) ·         Multiplication facts
Week 7	·         Counting and number pattern (countering in 8,9,11) ·         Multiplication facts
Week 8	·         Introduction to measurement ·         Math Games afternoon

COURSE REQUIREMENTS:

• Children must be picked up not later than 4:45
• Student must be picked up at 4:45
• Materials will be provided by the course director 
• Pictures/videos during the club will be taken may be posted online
